Enhancements/Fixes:

   5) Cpu Bar -- Fixed bug which cause sys cpu time < 0 and abend.

   6) Cpu TMF option -- Fixed bug in calculation of TMF ART.

   7) PR -- Fixed bug which caused 100% cpu busy.

   8) PR FLTS and MEM -- added fault rate to the report

   9) Memory foot print is greatly reduced.

Known problems:

   1) Warning limits/rates need adjusting.

   2) Several displayed items are based on 32 bit counters which may
      overflow.

   3) 'CPU IPC' send busy and the message size statistics are all displayed
      as 0.

   4) 'CPU BAR' display is garbled when the output line is 80 characters
      or greater.  The display will correct itself when a short line is
      written.

   5) No event is logged when OmniOffender terminates due to a hard
      error on the IN or OUT file.

   6) When using MR-Win6530 and the GO command, the display will not home
      correctly unless conversational mode is disabled (a Win6530  bug).

Enhancements/Fixes:

   1) Cpu IPU option output is changed to allow support of quad core processors.

   2) Cpu TMF option output is changed.  Average Response Time is displayed
      in place of queue time.

   3) Cpu INFO -- A new command to display CPU info.

   4) Disc -- Command output is changed.  Discs will be listed in LDEV order.
      Previously the list was sorted in order the devices were added to the list.

   5) Disc -- Fixed command bug causing disc busy > 100%.

   6) Disc -- Fixed command on blade systems.

   7) Disc INFO -- A new command to display DISC info.

   8) PRocess -- FLTS will not include processes waiting on a page fault.

   9) STATUS -- Command will no longer report Max RcvQ; this is useless and
      not supported in ZMS style records.
